Ms. Rivas has over 13 years experience as a licensed clinical social work having a multilingual and dual language background. She worked with various groups, such as LGBTQ+ and those with substance addiction issues. Since the beginning of 2019 the Ms. Rivas is serving Erie's patients. Currently offering telehealth Behavioral Health services. Ms. Rivas works with women who are pregnant or postpartum as part of the Perinatal Behavioral Team. She specializes in trauma informed care, and offers EMDR to adults. She also provides Individual and Group Therapy, Medication-Assisted Treatment Programs, Recommendations to Specialty Care, Women's Support group. Amanda works as a Best Friends Animal Society volunteer, helping to find permanent homes for homeless animals. Amanda is committed towards her commitment to the Best Friends slogan "Save Them" and has been working to make Los Angeles into an animal-free city.
